If you cancel your ticket within 24 hours of the cooling-off period after the time of reservation and you book your journey at least 7 days before departure, you won't be assessed a cancellation fee. The original payment method will be used to Aeromexico cancellation policy . If the flight is cancelled after 24 hours from the time the ticket was purchased, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the price of the ticket, and the remaining money will be repaid.
