Using Super Tadapox (which combines tadalafil and dapoxetine) alongside Cialis (which contains tadalafil) is not recommended because both medications contain tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, and combining them could increase the risk of side effects or cause excessive lowering of blood pressure.
Here are the key reasons why using both together may not be safe:
Risk of Low Blood Pressure: Both medications relax blood vessels and improve blood flow, which can significantly lower blood pressure. When used together, this effect may be exaggerated, leading to symptoms like dizziness, fainting, or a dangerously low blood pressure level.
Increased Risk of Side Effects: Combining two sources of tadalafil can increase the risk of common side effects such as headaches, flushing, dizziness, and back pain. It may also increase the likelihood of more severe side effects, such as priapism (a prolonged, painful erection).
Overdose Risk: Both Super Tadapox and Cialis are designed to release tadalafil into your system, and taking both medications simultaneously could result in a higher-than-recommended dose of tadalafil, potentially leading to overdose symptoms like chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or vision problems.
