Most companies and content producers employ PDFs in the dissemination of reports, whitepapers, eBooks, and other valuable content. A question often raised is—do PDFs have an impact on SEO, and how do PDFs optimize for search engines?
Google can crawl PDFs, but they must be SEO-optimized to rank well. This entails making the text searchable (and not images only), including good metadata, and optimizing file size for quick loading.
